Cityview Farm specialises in mares and foals, offering agistment, foaling down and weaning, as well as servicing many of the local studs with walk-in mares. We also offer yearling and racehorse spelling.

BREEDING
Our attending veterinarian is Dr Ian V Douglas BVSc MACVSc from Equine Consultants Australia.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Regular communication by phone or email, to ensure you are kept up to date with your horse’s progress. Farm visits are welcome any time via appointment.

FOALING
24/7 foal watch on imminent mares. Owners are notified of their foal as soon as practicable followed by an emailed report with photos. 

FREEZE BRANDING
Available annually in February for weanlings or as requested.

MANAGEMENT
Full broodmare, foal, weanling and yearling management including regular farrier, worming and dental maintenance programs. Administration can manage all aspects of Stud Book, RISA and incentive scheme procedure. 

PROFESSIONAL FEEDING
A complete and balanced feed mix that is tailored to differing ages and requirements.

SALE PREPARATION

Preparation of yearlings and broodmares for sale, with the option to sell them in our draft. Every horse is catered for as an individual to ensure the best result in the sale ring.

WALK OUT SERVICE
Comfortable delivery to and from all studs in Victoria in the farms’ personally designed, angle-loading float.

WEANING AND EDUCATION
From birth onwards we continue to handle and familiarise the foals in our care. The weaning process also includes the arrangement of vaccinations, DNA testing and micro chipping.
